(Tumble & Play) Adaptive Gymnastics Classes

Athletes with intellectual/developmental disabilities between the ages of 3 and 11 who want to use the sport of gymnastics to increase their balance, expend energy and receive proprioceptive and vestibular input using ABA-inspired motivation practices. These programs are created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and former gymnast who specializes in manipulating environments to provide the best possible outcomes.

If your child is not yet independent or needs assistance following basic instructions, please plan to be involved in the child's class as a helper!

What's Included in These Classes?

Adaptive Skills

All gymnastics skills taught in the class are adapted to the individual needs of the junior athlete.

ABA Inspired Ideas

Programs are created by a BCBA that specializes in programming therapy for kids with developmental disabilities.

Sensory Gym Space

The recreational class is held in a sensory gym. This gym is tailored toward children with unique sensory needs.
